MARCH 30TH, 2020 #19 AS THE CORONA VIRUS CONTINUES TO DISRUPT AND DESTROY OUR ECONOMY, THERE HAS BEEN A GREAT DEAL OF DISSATISFACTION INTERNALLY ABOUT THE AMERICAN RESPONSE. IF ONE WERE TO LOOK OBJECTIVELY AT ALL POINTS OF VIEW REGARDING OUR ECONOMY AND VIRUS AND ACCEPT THEM AT ALL AS TRUE, THIS MIGHT BE THE MOST MASSIVE ATTACK OF COLLECTIVE COGNITIVE DISSONANCE EVER EXPERIENCED. YET, AS AMERICANS- AND CITIZENS OF THE WORLD- WE ARE FORCED TO MAKE SOME KIND OF JUDGMENT- JUST TO KEEP OUR SANITY. IN THIS ISSUE, WE WILL EXAMINE THE METHODOLOGY FOR DEALING WITH THIS CRISIS DOMESTICALLY AND A BIT IN DIFFERENT COUNTRIES.

Before we proceed, let us look at the Coronavirus Dashboard, which was designed by Avi Schiffmann. a high schooler in Washington State, USA. Thank you, Avi!!!
For me to truly present all the varying points of view, Trump has deployed during the pandemic, it would probably take three issues. The bottom line is that he refused the WHO testing kits from the United Nations, the first American attempt to create those kits failed- and now our country has had more Corona infected victims than any other country- with testing so far behind that the current infected statistics are totally understated. Quite recently- , Trump has been talking about opening up the economy again.

Meanwhile, Trump talked about quarantining three states, then he decided only to place travel restrictions on them.
Another new initiative from Trump was discussed only days ago, an initiative, which given the current circumstances with the pandemic, I truly found astounding.

But then he pushed back. But now Vice President Pence is supposed to talk about some final decision on opening up the economy.
There probably could not be a stronger establishment critic of Trump’s response than Jake Tapper. But despite her lucidity and the lucidity of others that I have mentioned, to date, his approval response has gone up.
But the United States is not the only country upset about the lack of action of its government. Here, George Galloway gives his view of what is happening in Great Britain.
The host in George Galloway’s interview makes a big deal out of the leaders of countries having access to tests when the ordinary person cannot. George rightly deflects those comments but emphasizes the reality of many citizens and particularly, direct health care provider, being deprived of those tests and equipment. Obviously, our leaders must continue to lead and must be quarantined to prevent other government officials and so many others they have contact with getting infected.
The heartbreak related to this death cannot be calculated. But in the families that have lost loved ones, in the hundreds of people who have loast friends and neighbors, there is also another kind of heartbreak, the forgotten people in the world, underscored by this discouraging report from Democracy now:

Perhaps the following video will explain Trump’s ever-wavoring attempts to deal with the virus pandemic.
Here is a fascinating portrait how Trump handles reporters who are trying to get answers about his comments on the Corona virus pandemic.
